I have a recipe as follows:
1 box Duncan Hines spice cake Mix
1 can solid pack pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 cup toasted pecans
Spray pan with cooking spray. Add all ingredients, except for pecans, and blend with mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat for an additional 2 minutes on hi until thoroughly mixed. Fold in nuts and Pour into 9X13 pan and bake on 350 for 30 to 35 min. Frost with cream cheese frosting if desired.
What size can of pumpkin do you think this is? I bought both because I have no idea.
also - years ago in a cookie exchange I got these awesome brown crispy powdered sugar dusted cutout cookies... they were so delish, and the baker would not give the recipe but said she simply substituted coffee (not sure in what form or for what). Any clues?
Your help will be greatly appreciated. I bought ready to eat Philly cheeseCAKE to frost the pumpkin cupcakes. Yum
