I use my dh's computer, he has a laptop with 4 USP ports...I was trying to upload photos this morning and tried the 2 ports on the right side of the computer and kept getting an error on my photo program that the camera was not connected. Ok, so plugged it into a port on the left side and whoolah, connected. What could the problem be with the 2 ports on the right side?
