Hiya

Does anyone have a recipe for Thai Noodle Salad ??

I have a few .. but none have really turned out all that well ..

I am making one today and replacing the chicken it calls for .. with beef strips .. and hoping that the vermicelli noodles are gona be the thing I was missing out on ..

Can't seem to quite get a recipe that tastes like AUTHENTIC Thai ...
