WANT Tagetes minuta & filifolia (marigold)

Montreal, QC(Zone 4b)

I am looking for those specific species of Marigold to help our technician at school who asked me to help her in her search.
Would anybody have just one seed to share, it would make us happy.

Thank you all so much for your help.

Anybody can help??

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

I don't have any seeds to help you out with but I googled and found Seeds of Change sells the minuta variety of seeds. They refer to them as nematocidal marigold and the smallest amount on the screen I pulled up was 1/4 oz for $8. B-and-T World Seeds had some too, I believe they are in Europe.

The other one didn't show up (except for mentions on different sites) much except for a nursery called The Growing Place which has no online ordering/catalog.

Wish I could be more help. They are pretty unique looking:)

I have minuta seeds that I would be willing to send you, but I'm concerned about phytosanitary restrictions across the border. If you 're familiar with the process, I'd be willing to discuss it further.

If we can't figure out how to resolve the phytosanitary question, Richter's Herbs sells the minuta seed. They 're located in Ontario province, so there wouldn't be an international shipping issue. www.richters.com

Their on-line catalog indicates that they used to carry the other variety you seek as a plant, but it's been discontinued.

Thank you so much, I didn't even think to have a look at Richters, the first place I should have look.
About seeds, usually there is no problem exchanging seeds over the border unless they are listed as invasive species. But for this time, since there is a commercial source, I will give the information to the technician to save you trouble.

Thanks again.
