Cream Cheese muffin puffs

I tried this recipe the other day & thought i'd share here. It's unusual; never seen or tried a recipe similar, and pretty simple. I made it as a snack and ate leftovers as a snack.

Cream Cheese muffin puffs

1/2 C sugar
1 t ground cinnamon
1/4 C butter or margarine, melted
1/2 t vanilla extract
1 tube (10 oz) refrigerated biscuits
3 oz cream cheese cut into 10 cubes

Combine the sugar and cinnamon. in another bowl, combine butter and vanilla.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press each into a 3" circle.
Dip cream cheese cubes in butter then into cinnamon-sugar. Place 1 in the center of each biscuit. Fold dough over cube; seal & shape into balls.
Dip balls into butter, then cinnamon-sugar. Place seam side down in greased muffin cups. Bake at 375* for 14-18 min.

Do any of you have favorite recipes using canned biscuits?

Enjoy!
