Tami....your blooms are terrific....!

(Zone 1)

Tami: Beautiful ... can't wait to see a photo once the flowers are open!

Is that an easy one to grow? Anyone know?

Carol,
Thanks, It's great seeing so many when I couldn't get my Plain carnosa to bloom for years.
Lin,
It has been a real easy one for me. I have trouble with Nummulariodes and Polyneura. This one has grown like crazy this year.

Tami...you are REALLY having a blooming good time these days. What is your secret?

Marcy, Gosh I don't know. I smelled the Obovata right off when I found it. When these open I'll try to remember to smell. I guess I don't have a secret. I lost a Polynura and a Carnosa Holliana this year. Oh and I lost a ischnopus cutting. Makes me sick. I'm still learning and I have found that they like different things Like water and amount of Light.

Wow Tami....these blooms are wonderful! Especially this one, the one I have grows really well but has yet to provide me with a bloom. Sigh....hopefully next summer. By the way....how did you fair with our recent 'winter' weather? The greenhouse was able to keep above freezing but one night only barely, in the morning it was at 36F. The beets, lettuce, and radishes all got hit in the garden, just too much to go out and cover them all. I can always plant them again.

Thanks Y'all. It does smell great. I have several blooms still to open too. Maybe it will last a few weeks.
