Desperate!! Need a choc fudge recipe!!

I am in the mood for some good, creamy chocolate fudge w/pecans in it. I, of course, had the ideal recipe but I can't for the life of me find it. It didn't use half & half or cream - just milk. It used either cocoa or bitter chocolate, no marshmallow cream, 1/8 t salt and regular sugar and vanilla and butter at the end. It wasn't sickenly sweet - just creamy and chocolatey. Sounds simple, right? I'm not going to try to make it from memory since my memory isn't the greatest in the world and I am going to stir it in my stand mixer. I have looked on foodnetwork.com and they don't have the right one. I'll know it when I see it - I hope. Memory's not that bad.. Anyone have a recipe that they use and would care to share? I certainly would appreciate your taking the time to send it to this thread. There must be some other chocoholics out there who would also like this recipe. Thanks so much in advance.
