Hi,I 'm looking for recommendations for a fast and prolific flowerer. Are there any out there or am I expecting too much?I have quite a few which were hit with black tip this past spring and have produced multiple shoots(I posted some time back)is there a possibility some of these could flower this season for me...we are in our first month of summer here. Thanks for any and all replies..
quick to repeat flower
You probably won't get flowers on the new tips that are coming in due to Black Tip. That usually sets me back by a whole year. If you do, it will be really late in your season. I don't know which cultivars you have there in Oz that are available to you, but the ones that you might be able to get and the most reliable bloomers for me have been Teresa Wilder, Celadine, Samoan Fluff, Tahitian Sunset, Marion B. (also prone to Black Tip), Duke, Intense Rainbow, Nebel's Rainbow, Dwarf Singapore Pink, Penang Peach, Aztec Gold, and any white/yellow. Some outstanding Oz ones include Gold Coast Peachy and Dwarf Watermelon -- which may go by Cherry Cluster or something like that. Brad on this forum knows Oz cultivars better than I do, and hopefully, he will see this thread and make some recommendations for you.
