Still one of my favorites....

This is Sunny Wind. I love the shade of clear rich yellow with the red eye. Grows really fast and blooms all the time.I am going to make a few cuttings into trees for next summer.

Hi Kyle, It looks like you have already pollinated that bloom.
So far, my yellow flowered plants have been the best seed setters for me.
Which of your plants set seed best for you?

You mentioned previously, that you have a mist bench at work.
I am looking at setting one up myself and would appreciate any insight
that you might have on the subject. Specificly, I've been trying to decide
on whether to use a timed interval controller, or a electronic leaf type controller like a
Mist-A-Matic.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave, mostly the orange/ yellow hybrids set seed best for me.As for a mist bench, ours is timer controlled.duration of mist and frequency can be set by digital timer.I use pots or trays of medium vermiculite to root the cuttings in.The bench is filled with straight perlite for the base and we have a water heater that pumps 85F water thru tubes in the bottom of the bench. We used landscape fabric for the bottom layer so water can seep out in a timely manner.

Thanks Kyle, I had'nt even thought about bottom heat. I could probably get away with using
some soil heating cables during the few months it gets chilly here.

Here's a pic from earlier today..
