grafting hibiscus

I was reading on propagating hibiscus plants and found that one can graft them.
Did anybody experiment with that? How hard is it? What was the result?

I havent tried grafting yet, but I may try it later if I want to keep a plant
that does'nt grow very well on it's own roots.
