My 'Cherub' brug that I got from Park's earlier this year is in the basement for the winter. I notice that the pot is all sticky on its top edges, as is the area around it. I'd noticed it before, and cleaned it off the pot, and now it's back. I know it's coming from the brug, but what is it, really? Is it normal for them to do that?
What is the sticky stuff?
How does the plant look? Check under the leaves.
It sounds like you could have a major infestation of aphids.
No aphids, no bugs at all. Plant looks fine, too.
You know, I DID have a few white flies previously, but haven't had any for a few weeks now.
