Grasshopper

Well I finally found the culprit who has been gorging himself on my bougainvillea leaves...a rather small sized bright green grasshopper! Only this time I found him munching away on my sensation hibiscus flower just having a grand meal. He was quite defiant when I approached him, remaining on the flower, tilting his head and then continuing on. I relocated him to another part of my yard, but I'm wondering if there's way to get him to move on, or at least not devour my plants. He seems to prefer only the bougainvillea green leaves, and now the hibiscus flowers but not their leaves. Fussy little fellow, guess I should be glad about that cuz he has quite the appetite and bite for such a small thing!
