Really nice image but this is Lerema accius - Clouded skipper female. The dorsal forewing subapical spot band bend outwards, cloudy wing margins, dark brown band crossing ventral hindwing are characteristic. Also a resident of west central Texas whereas Little Glassywing is not a resident.
