Got into a heated discussion this after noon as to whether or not it was stealing if you drove around a neighborhood in your car until you found a connection for your laptop then proceeded to access the net.
Would like other input. Personally I think its stealing. It's essentially the same thing as walking around a neighborhood, finding an unlocked door then going in and phoning all my friends.
