Is it hard to grow catus from seeds? Also I would really like another rope hoya like I have can anyone recommend a good person/seller to get one from.. Thank you..

Seeds
I bought mine at HD or Lowes in 4" pots real cheap.

ebay seem to always have them really cheap, too!
Susan: I grew cactus from seeds back in the mid 70's, not thinking they would really germinate or grow, but germinate and grow they did! It began with little shoots popping up, then two little leaves on the shoots, and then baby cacti .... then we had an unpredicted hard freeze here in Central Florida ..... we were out of town that week and upon return found a lot of plants completely frozen to the ground - hedges that were 6' tall around the perimeter of our back yard, completely slush! All of my container plants on the back deck, completely slush and my baby cactus .... gone! Frozen Mush! Anyhow, you should give the seeds a try! You might be pleasantly surprised to have some cactus babies .... I don't plant cacuts seeds anymore cause I don't like plants with thorns! I had a large cactus collection about 20 years ago, but got very tired of getting stuck with thorns, so I gave them all away! I have a lot of other plants, but no cactus! I never leave seedlings or house plants out in the winter anymore! I learned that lesson the hard way!
If you do sow some seeds, keep us all posted on your babies!
