Took me this long to leave the table.... (just joking!)
Edited to add that I used my Herbes de Provence to flavor the stuffing, which I make out of tabbouleh, toasted nuts, and dried cherries. This is some herbal content for this thread. I did not grow any myself though, used a store-bought mix.
