This old hybrid I did, is named after a dearly departed friend from Calif, Rosalind Sarver, she was known as the Queen of the cannas. She ran a huge canna farm and was enthralled with a common yellow brug I gave her on a visit to the nursery. So after she died at the young age of 96 ( and she was still working the nursery) I name dthis yellow seedling after her. Awesome fragrance blooms mostly in the short days of the year for some reason. Has a lovely cactus flower scent.

Kyle, that is BEAUTIFUL. Such a unique golden yellow color. I'm still working on getting my first brug bloom. It will be awhile, I think.

What a lovely thing to name a brug. after someone so special to you. Someday I am going to name one after my son, however you seldom see a brug. named after a boy.

What a gorgeous color and shape!
