crust
1/4 lb butter, softened
1 cup flour
1 small creame cheese, softened
mix together and make 24 balls. place in mini muffin tin and refrigerte for about 20 minutes. remove from fridge and press your finger on top to make a small indention.
filling
1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbl melted butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
mix all filling ingredients together except for the nuts
place some nuts into the crust indention (a small amount). add a tsp of the filling and top with more nuts. bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. let cool and remove tassies from muffin tins. sprinkle with confectionary sugar
