What kind of EE does this look like.

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

I have no idea what kind of EE this is but it looks much different than the others that I planted.

I think I got these at walmart or HD not sure.

The leaf looks like Colocasia Esculenta Miranda but that has a purple stem. Its a nice one. My HD never has any thing unusual in the EE dept.

How odd...it does look like Miranda without the violet stem....

Any other ideas?

Thats why I'm stumped. And it seems to grow really really slow . LOL its been like that for a few weeks. I thought it might have gotten a bit bigger or more leaves by now and I would see a change to help ID it but ... nothing. Its the same size, and only one leaf. I guess I'll just have to see when it matures what it looks like.

Looks interesting not sure what it is. It could be a mutation of the common form. Or it could be the common form showing some form of stress. In most cases when it looks all ruffeled like it does in the photo it's just that the leaf has not fully developed and spread out yet. If it keeps this odd ruffeled look once it has a few leaves on it you may have something new. Most likely a sport or mutation off the more common form I would think that is unless the flowers or the tubers are different which would take a much closer look for me to determine. I would like to keep a update on this one if it is different I might be interested in a piece later. LOL like I need another one !!
