Other Ebay winnings!

A couple of weeks ago I bid and won some AVs on Ebay. Well apparently the the key to the box was delivered to the wrong address- I don't know if the package sat in the box or someone's house but where ever it was it was there since Friday and the unopened package was left by my back door this morning. Very well packed and all plants look beautiful- gave them a little drink and now they are resting, isolated from the rest of the bunch.

Newbies are Star Light (Storytella), Alice in Wonderland (Storytella), Little Bo Peep (Storytella) & Rob's Penny Ante! Penny Ante is in bloom and Alice in Wonderland has a big bud about to pop open!

I am also expecting a second box which I thought would be here by now- wonder if it's at someone's house in an unopened box! Anyway this one has Rob's Hopscotch, Little Bo Peep (Storytella)- [whoops, must have not realized I'd already bid on the same- Alzhiemer's again, maybe will have one to trade] & Rob's Smarty Pants! Looking forward to that delivery as well.

Ooooo! I hate it when that happens. I had a box of fancy ferns left at a biz up town.Small engine repair shop...one can see how UPS could confuse them with a perennial nursery....Sheesh! They didn't contact me for a week to let me know it was at their shop. Sat there a whole week in the dark box and no water.Wasn't a frond to be seen in any of the trays when I finally got it and opened it.I stuck them in the greenhouse and watered them ,in about a week, they started peeking up new green fronds.

I contacted Terra Nova the same day I picked them up. They refunded my entire cost including shipping. They probably gave UPS what-for and made them pay....so some good came from it.

I think I was pretty lucky! Yours worked out but I bet you were sweating bullets for that week!
LOL! Engine repair...Nursery...engine repair- sure that's an easy thing to confuse.

Morning!

Here are the two pictures of Wiko...the real one and the other one. The flower is similar but that is all.

The major simillarity that I can see is flower color and that's about it. Way different!
