Does anyone have a recipe for the traditional Corsican farmer's bread that is made with chestnuts and goat cheese. It's a flat type of bread that is baked like a pizza. I seem to have lost my recipe for it (Quelle horreur!) and a google search has so far proved fruitless. The one link that came up brings me to a recipe for basil bread.

Chestnuts are in season! Please, please post the recipe if you have one. Thx.
