Unauthorized use of DG photos is prohibited. Using pics of mine or anyone else's requires permission. So, if you like something and want to use it to advertise on commercial websites, you do need to ASK first. I am not a happy camper. Enough said....now do the right thing.

I did a no no. I used heidi's picture in my album, but it was not intentional. I really thought it was my picture as i have taken so many pictures o f my plants when they are in bloom. For the life of me i can't figure out how i got her picture as it is not in any of my files, but it must be somewhere for me to have it, just can't find it & don't remember downloading it. At any rate i have apologized for doing this.I do have my own picture of this plant & have taken heid's out of my album.Again i do apologize .

I figure the same guidelines apply to the photos I post on DG as to, for example, the photos in the First Class database... It's fine with me if people want to use my photos for noncommercial purposes (it's nice to be credited, which is why I put the DG copyright thing up when I post), but if you're going to use them to promote sales, then you need to ask for (& receive) permission.
I'm glad this was a simple and quickly rectified error!
