How to play google videos?

There's a video I want to watch at google videos and I can't figure out how to get it to play for more than a fraction of a second. I click on the video title...a box that says "buffering" comes up. When I click on the play button it plays for a fraction of a second.

What do I need to do in order to play the entire video?
