Anyone happen to know a good place to find 6" tall landscape edging around DFW? I've tried everywhere, but I can only find 4". Anyone had any history finding this? I'm about one step from buying a sheet of sheet metal and cutting it down to size.
Landscape edging in Dallas
This is one I hope someone has an answer for. It seems edging is designed for non-spreading grasses. I have been toying in my mind with a design that would be flexible, easy to cut to length, attractive and deep enough to keep the lawn out! Just need to make prototype, get a patent, then retire a millionaire!
While I've been looking, I was told about this product, called "Bend-a-board":

They only come in 20' sections (at nearly $50!! for this length), and I only need 10' max. I can't imagine that there isn't a metal (aka, cheap =D) edging in this height.
Could you take a sheet of the corrugated plastic that is used for patio covers and cut it in 6 strips? I have seen it used for raised beds in 12" strips braced by upright stakes. Whether it would be flexible enough to curve I'm not sure.

We use the scalloped cement edging, it is 5 inches wide and it works for us just fine, the grass doesn't go through and it is not expensive about a dollar per foot.

I was browsing around and found 8" & 12" Pound-In edging at Gardeners Supply. The company is in top 30 in Garden Watchdog. 24.95 for 20'.
