Brug ID's needed

These two have been blooming in the basement. The white one did bloom outside and finished in the house. Someone told me they think it is "Monster". I'm just happy that I got to see some blooms finally.

I have another one that is just starting to open up. I'm hoping I have a pink one.

I am no expert by any means but I received this cutting last year and it was labeled Betty Marshall and it does look a lot like yours but maybe one of the experts will come along with more help.

I have no clue at all but I would say they are both suavs or suav hybrids. That first one is showing all that is grand about suavs. Such wide open faces. I love it. Just a great picture too. Those bells look so huge, are they?

Thanks, Kell and Vickie. The blooms on the white one was huge. I never thought of putting my hand across it.

I can just imagine what fun it would be to look up at those bells over your head.

I can't tell you what they are, but they sure are pretty!

Kell they were almost over my head. The brug tree is over 6 ft tall and in its pot in the basement.

Thanks, Sheila!

I have been so mean to my suavs. Most I have tossed. But I have a special one I love, First Day. A really good friend of mine made it so it is extra special to me. But I have kept it in a 5 gallon pot for ever. I think I will move it out of the shade and into a 15 gallon pot next spring and see if I can get a tall one going on so I too can look up and see such a sight. The only other wide open bell I can think of that I have is Pure Love, my most favorite brug now for I think for 3 years. I need to find out its parents. She may have some suav in her.

Thanks, Kell! I can't believe I've impressed you with my brug, especially with the kinds and colors (pink) that you grow. This makes me happy!
