Park Seed used to sell a mixture of white and pink Zinnia angustifolia, but the last few years they have only had Crystal White. I seem to have lost the pink ones and can't find them anywhere to purchase. They were a very soft, clear pink that could have been called Crystal Pink (not at all like the harsher colors of the Profusion series).
I have Gomphrena 'Strawberry Fields' and Z. angustifolia 'Crystal White' to share.
Actually, I see now that Park is calling 'Crystal White' Z. haageana.

Wanted: pink Zinnia angustifolia (linearis)
I have no idea if this information is useful or not, but I just bought the Zinnia Pinwheel Series from Burpee for next summer. Of the 7 colors, it appears one is pale pink. I hope so!

Thanks, Illoquin - The Burpee picture doesn't show the leaves, so I can't tell if the Pinwheel Series is narrow-leaved or not. To my eye, the narrow-leaved zinnias are a much more graceful plant that Z. elegans. Burpee doesn't seem to say whether this series is hybrid or a selection from the species, though other places on the web (such as the U. of Vermont) say it is hybrid. I know mine came true from saved seed. Does your seed packet give any additional information?
Park Seed was no help at all when I used their "Ask Karen" feature to find our what it was they used to sell. Basically, they said "what we have is on the web, and wouldn't you like to buy some of our fertilizer?" I remember when they were a lot more responsive. I wish I had kept their old catalogs, but I purged a lot of things when I moved.
I pulled the Burpee package and the leaves look too wide.
I read the text, and no Latin name at all. The colors, though, are a disappointment compared to the picture on the website. It says, "Colors of rose, salmon, cherry, orange and white." No mention of pink, though one of the flowers on the website is clearly pink.
I bought them becuase of the dark centers -- I love dark centered daisy-style flowers!
Is there an heirloom section on DG? That might be another avenue for you to consider.

hi.i called the company...the series you mentioned have been discontinued and they do not have the seed anymore since the profusions came along...your best chance is to find someone who has an old pack from parks ( i am not sure if old zinnia seeds are viable) or a person who has been collecting seed for their hobby out of that similar mix
they do have the star bright mix which is the mix of orange, gold and white....
some seed companies carry the crystal white....but i havent found any pink
unfortunately it is hard to track down some of these gems once they have been discontinued but im sure theres a supply somewhere.

When I sent off a testy reply to Park Seed about their unresponsiveness, I got a nice answer from a real live person named Bob. He said he went through their old catalogs and couldn't find what I was talking about. I bought them in the 90's, so he hadn't gone back far enough. If I had realized how unusual those pink ones were, I would have treasured them more carefully. I tend to assume I will always be able to replace things (silly me). We'll see what Bob comes up with. A positive identification would be a big step in the right direction (if for no other reason that to assure me that I didn't just have a dream about pink zinnias).
good luck...there are some people at parks that are nice..they hunted down a sweet william for me some time back..it wasnt the exact one i wanted but similar...i guess the one i wanted is lost somewhere...or i will have to select for it out of these second generation seeds which which i have not done so yet. I got distracted somewhere along the way..but will get back to it next growing season...
