I've been intrigued by all the pretty pictures of brugs that have been posted around Dave's. So I came over here to poke around and saw even more pretty pictures! I know it's probably not the time of year to buy brugs, but I like to look at the websites and dream..........until it is time to buy. So what's the best place to find me some good looking brugs??
So....where's the best place to buy brugs??
You can start here.

Happy hunting!!

If you would like some seeds to start yourself i have few to share .
I'm not sure if we're supposed to mention commercial sites here, so I'll D Mail you the sites that I've used with success.

You can re-sort any Watchdog results page by score, name or location. If you re-sort it by score, here's what you get: http://davesgarden.com/gwd/advanced.php?state=&country=&category=78&search_text=&submit=Search&sorter=rating
You can mention commercial sites here, as long as they're not you're own and/or you're not related to the owner or the site in any way.
But my standard suggestion is to put your comments in the Watchdog - forum discussion threads always fade away after a while, and then people can't find the information that was shared. If you post your feedback in the Watchdog, you can help let other gardeners know about those great little undiscovered companies. If your experience was less than great with a vendor, your constructive feedback can help a company improve AND serve to warn others of potential pitfalls.
Thanks for the clarification Terry! No relatives of mine grow Brugs - I'm the only crazy one in the family. LOL Was glad to see that my favorite sites are in the 100% category.
Country Garden is a good one along with Seed Sprout Nursery.
I have several from Country Garden, JT is a member on Dave's goes by gonetoseed, that I have always been satisfied with. His business has really taken off and the last I heard he wasn't posting a lot because he is so busy. Can't go wrong with him.
I'm totally sold on SeedSprout. I bought several from her and I was always so amazed by the quality and size of the plants she sent,.... AND the postage is included in the price!
I second the praise for www.countrygdn.com. JT is very conscientious, fair priced, and takes pride in his business. Or, you can always post on this forum saying what you want. Most of the time, someone will be able to help you out. :) What is it you're looking for? I have a few cuttings of a pink suaveolens (I really think it's Isabella, but the nursery had no idea what it is) if your interested (picture below).
Thanks for the replies everyone! I don't really know what I'm looking for yet....I just wanted to look around and see. The pictures around Dave's are gorgeous so I just wanted to investigate but I wasn't sure where to start. I like to use plant scout, but sometimes it's better to go to the experts or the fans and hear what they have to say! I'm headed to check out the sites listed above. Thanks for the input! Fran
Fran, I would be happy to send you some cuttings if you would like some. Cindy
