IncontinenceIt's out of control :(

Frederick, MD(Zone 7a)

Jenna's problem is getting out of control. We have to confine her to the kitchen and outside because as she starts to get up from laying down, urine will actually stream out....puddles are everywhere in the kitchen.
She was spayed about 2yrs old--she's now 7 years old. She was on Proin 50 and 1 pill a day didn't help. She was tested for a urinary infection and came back she had an "e-coli" infection. We mail-ordered her Baytril and she just finished that. Took in a specimen today and no difference.. Doc wants to do blood work in the morning...
I"ve read about others using hormones to help--was the problem this bad and did they have an infection as well? Any suggestions? Just wondering... Poor girl hates being stuck in the one room.
