My FIRST LEAF BABY!!!!!!!!

My Wrangler's Pink Patches leaf has a BABY! Its so tiny right now I just about missed seeing it. I dont think I could have got this baby without everyones help and wonderful information! Thank you so much!! I also think the new heating mat, lights and wicking with a grate and plant tray helped out alot also.But I wouldnt have known how to do it without y'all! I hope this is the first of many because I cant wait for my rare and vintage leafs to get babies so I can trade/share with y'all. YAYYY! Im so happy!

I can still remember the first time I saw little plantlets emerging from a leaf. I was thrilled as you are. You will gain so much pride, joy, knowledge and experience growing out your plant from it's little beginnings. Wrangler's Pink Patches is such a pretty variety, too. Also, will be so good to keep the vintage and rarer ones going. Way to go violet_grower!

Yippeeee! It's a thrill that just never gets old, especially when it's a special leaf that was shared with you or ordered from a vendor... You'll have to let us know what rare & vintage varieties you're propagating!

Maureen...that leaf took about 7 weeks to get a baby....its one from my first try and I really didnt think it would make it...thats why I am so surprised! LOL
I got most of my rare and vintage plants on ebay.Out of the 15 most wanted ones I have I have started leaves on about 7 varieties, as some of the plants I have need to grow more before I take a leaf. I have several leaves started of Satellite,Tipt, Peek-a-boo,Navy Girl, Rob's Double Whammy,Spangles and Purple Star.
