I do not know the name but I was out at Travis Violets and he said it looked like one of his. I got it at a hardware store where he places violets. Thank you.

(Boone) 7717 - Double medium blue blossoms w/frilled green and white edges. Slightly wavy dark green foliage.
I have a couple of them, and they DO seem to bloom constantly. Love 'em!
