Deer

I live in an area that HAS been surrounded, on two sides, by pine trees for many years. The owners decided that a bore had gotten in them and is cutting all the bad ones out. It is opening up he area and you can really see what is back there. This morning I was looking out and saw a deer. I knew we had them there but had never seen one. I have mixed blessings as it is going to let more sunshine in my yard, but I hope the deer will still have some areas of cover. It looks strange to look out of the sunroom and see very few trees standing. I hope they plant back some.
