Weight Loss Challange Oct. 28 - Nov.4 2006

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

I so stiff and achey this mornig. Good rains yesterday and down to 41* this morning. Not bad, but changes in weather this time of the year make for unhappy older bodies sometimes. I love it when it starts getting warmer in the spring. Even when it rains. Just something different about it.

I had a large salad with everything imaginable in it last night afterwork. That was my supper. I didn't eat much lunch so a few mashed potatoes with my own ff, cf, 'butter', shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing on them about 5 pulled me thru. I managed to go thru the entire evening without eating any white bread Texas toast soaked with really cheap oleo and grilled to golden perfection. I just keep telling myself and others that I can't keep this weight off and my heart healthy eating those foods. I hardly even swiped any tidbits from the fryer drain tray.

I need to go in to town early this morning to get poultry feed. The feed store opens at 8 but the pharmacy doesn't open until 9 so I want to be there about then. I'll leave in about 30 min. Maybe a trip to one of the thrift shops to look for 3/4 length sleeve tops. My favorites for work.

I weighed yesterday. It depends on how I stand on the scale, but I'm going to go with the 135# reading. But I feel fat again. Really fat. Bloated feeling.

Must go and get started on my day. GOD bless and keep each of you.
