ANY IDEAS?

Joshua, TX(Zone 8a)

I just uncovered these bulbs in a pot I thought had NOTHING in it. Nothing has grown in it for at least this whole year and maybe last also. It is a pot that is about 15" tall and they were all buried down inside the dirt. Some as deep as the bottom. In the picture they are in a tea strainer to get an idea of how small some are. I'm somewhat certain they are some kind of flower. Pretty sure they are not garlic or chives (no smell).
I would appreaciate any ideas. Thanks so much. ~~~ Carol

They're shaped and sized like the freesia bulbs I potted up today for my window sill. I think you may have to pot 'em up and wait to find out what they are exaxtly.
