I have a hindu rope hoya and my Sister is stalking me for a piece of it. Can I take a piece of it off without causing it any problems and where should I take it from if I can?

10 years well maybe I will look for one to buy her for Christmas.
Yes...those are the SLOWEST plants when they are young. The variegated ones are the worse. They seem to take off a bit after they get some size to them, but those little 3 & 4 inch plants I got from Norma 3 years ago are still little 3and a half & 4 and a half inch plants today. Ha.
