Portable greenhouse

I am looking to buy or build a small greenhouse that can be assembled on our roof deck. I do not want to lose our container plants again this winter but there is no place to put them. We live in downtown Boston and the main concerns are resistance to wind and the fact that it cannot be too tall. Any ideas?
