Hi everyone!! I am fairly new to bulbs and gardening in general. Last spring(around May),I was visiting Busch Gardens Williamsburg,VA. They had some of the most beautiful tulips in bloom! After seeing these beautiful flowers, I just had to have some in my yard.
After doing a little research, I found out that the bulbs are to be planted in the fall, but I have a few questions about this:
When in the fall is the best time to plant the bulbs? Would it be early fall, while it's still somewhat warm(low 70's-upper 60's during the day;upper 40's-lower 50's at night), or in late fall when it's a little chillier??
I live in Zone 7b (southeast Virginia)
Thanks for any advice!!

Bulb newbie here
Slider,
NOW is the time for planting. There's a saying in gardening, "Fall is for planting!"
Plant them now. Anytime up until the ground freezes but October/November is good.
Go plant some bulbs!
Tom
