fortnight lily/ dietes iridoides/ cape iris

Fallbrook, CA(Zone 10b)

These are used extensively in California and they drop their seeds and make so many babies for me that I'd never paid attention to when the seed pods were ripe.
Then someone was looking for seed and a couple of others wanted seed also and I could only find a small amount of seed. So I started watching the pods and *now* is when they are ready! Files say they are hardy to 8a. If anyone would like some, send me an sasbe (with your DG name, with your address if not in the exchange), or I'm also quite open to trade!

I've never heard of this plant, it's very pretty and seems to be heat tolerent which is a good thing :) Would love to try them if you have enough seed, can send sasbe out Monday. Thanks!

I'm interested in some seeds. What are you looking for in return so I can go through my seeds and check.
