One more....

The spots are on the petioles as well, but not quite as much as on some of the leaves. There is only one leaf that does not have these spots...

Growhappy,
I really don't know what those spots are but the name Kaleidoscope,
I think, does not exist in philos.
I checked several lists and it's not there.

Hi Armando,

You have Dmail.

I also found this article that lists the name Philodendron 'Kaleidoscope'. It's been around for decades, so it probably has changed names, as can happen with Philodendrons!

I heard back from the seller and these are most likely water spots. Life is good again.:)
