Can someone ID this Hib. It is Red Dinner Plate Hibiscus Dinner Plate Hardy HIBISCUS.These plants will grow 6 foot tall and will have 35-40 blooms a day. Blooms are about 14-16 in. across. These are VERY cold Hardy.
