Autumn Treasure
Very pretty it's a pretty dark yellow, does it turn orange eventually? I'll be watching! Bj
Other people have had a fairly dark orange, especially in the fall. We'll have to see. My colors aren't usually as intense as in other areas of the country.
it is beautiful. Mine was dark orange today but couldn't get a pic because of the rain. Supposed to rain all day tomorrow too and have been having 30 to 40 mph winds grrrrrrrrr

This is the 2nd day color. Probably as dark as it will get in my climate.

Mary, do you have day time temperatures in the 70's and night time temps in the 50's or lower, during late fall or early winter? If you do, you might just see some good orange color.
Here is a comparision picture showing what the summer blooms look like vs the color of the fall blooms. The dramatic change in color from yellow to orange is why that me and DW chose the name of Autumn Treasure.

I do get temps like that David. However, I never seem to have as dark a color as people in other parts of the country, no matter which Brug it is. The color it has now is pretty too. Here is day 3.
Day four. A little darker than yesterday. It's grown on me. I hope this doesn't mean I'm going to become an orange nut as well as a pink nut. One more obsession and they might have to commit me.
