Chip Beef Potato Casserole
1 bag frozen square-cut hashbrowns
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated cheddar
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 container of Armor chip beef
Cut up chip beef into small squares. (You can pre-rinse the beef if you prefer less salty taste.)
In large baking dish, combine and mix well:
- hashbrowns
- sour cream
- soup
- 1 cup cheddar
- onions
- chip beef
Use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture in the dish.
Sprinkle remaining cup of cheddar on top.
Put in oven for 55 minutes at 400°F.
Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes (cool as not to burn your mouth!), then serve.
