i like the hardy plumbago but mine never comes back so i don t know if it is hardy here i have bought it like 3 times and no luck of it coming back do you have anything else?

I planted blue plumbago a few years ago, and it didn't come back and it didn't come back but this year, it's there!

well i pulled it up and the roots where black so i know it was dead i dont care to try it again because of it NOT being a perennial like they say,i have so many to bring in now. half of my basement is full and upstairs and a GH that is 10'X12' that is over full lol plus around the sink in the kitchen lol

Oh, I never pulled mine up, in fact I ignored it as I hoped it was keeping the feet of my Clematis cool. You are waaaay more organized than I am, that's clear.
