Sage

HI all,
I've just collected loads of sage seeds, nothing exciting im afraid just the normal green sage!! my question is will the seeds come true, the parent plant is in my herb garden with rosemary, thyme, bay, tarragon and chives. Also I know its easy to take cuttings of sage but is it easy to grow from seeds?? Thanks in advance

As far as I know this sage/salvia comes true from seed, very easily grown from seed, just remember to surface sow seeds.

I have the purple sage that had a few flowers and I was wondering if this one comes true from seed
