Sorry to hear about your blood sugar. This happens often to many people and is just as bad as high. Years ago I use to pass out from it all the time till I fount a great Doc and learned how to control it which was hard sometimes as I worked many hours each day.
One book she told me to buy was " The Low Blood Sugar Handbook "
I read and studies that book over and over again for years. It helped save my life. My Doctor she also had low blood sugar. Later years went by I gave it to someone and even bought and shared a few copies with friends.
Thanks everyone these plants are easy and fun to grow and so enjoyable !

Allison....The ones you sent really did good outdoors...had to bring them in now...but inside....I always kill them...I try hard to keep them going...so we'll see what this Winter brings...hope not dead plants...Wish me luck....

Lauri had to send me some twice before I could get hers to survive...now I have 4 pots..lol...surely I'll get one to make....

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I think oe ofth tricks is Humidty and light ??? When I take cuttings I just started 4 new ones they live on my kitchen windowsill and li=ove the humidity of the cooking , dish washing .Mine grow well inside but outside in the ground they get really big !

Lincoln Park, MI(Zone 5a)

I have 3 bathrooms and 21 windows in my house...so they do get sun and humidity...I'm gonna try pots inside of pots and water them like that...Mine all are still loaded with flowers and blooms...a few fell off already...I think I'll stop looking at them 100 times a day...and quit worrying...

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Wow you plants sound beautiful ! have any pictures ! i'm sure they will do fine And the extra pots sounds good. But with a such beautiful I would hard time not looking at them all day !

Lincoln Park, MI(Zone 5a)

No camera yet....My daughter owes me one from last christmas...I want nice and easy..on and off..but still get nice pictures...Next Spring I will have one for sure....

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

That's how my camera is easy turn on and off and get great pictures. Keyring picked it out as it was a surprise gift from DG friends. I love it.

Thanks ' rachel ! Back late Spring/Begin of Summer not sure when I wanted B. Star of Bethlehem . Luray of Slaisbury ( SP) had it. She has a Min three plant order and all three ship for $10.00. So I asked her to put in two other Begonia's with pink in the foliage and she sent me these and I love them !. Their smaller growing but I love them. Star of Bethlehem plant has been very slow growing , but it is alive !
The other two I just put cuttings down to root for one of the Bingo Gift Prize box that will have gesneriads and Begonias !

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I looked them up and where I bought them from !

They are ~RHIZOMATOUS BEGONIAS, Small Leaves (generally less than 3” long ~

May prefer extra humidity of a terrarium. Do not over-pot.
They do great on a shelf on my kitchen window over sink and even window in living room.

Bethlehem Star’ - (Wagner) Small, heart-shaped, dark brown leaves with bright star at petiole
attachment. Bright pink flowers.

Strawberry Creme’ - (Worley) Small light pink leaves, rose veins, reddish edges.

Edge of Sunset’ - (Meyer) Blue-green leaves with silver-pink splashes between veins. Pink
flowers.
