My Jenna has a urinary tract infection. I took her to the vets and they suggested they do a culture and to start her on amoxicillin 500mg. Three days later, and lots of $$$, the vet called and they determined the type of bacteria and I should now switch her to Baytril 136mg. They did mention it was a little more expensive than the amoxicillin.
I went to pick up the new prescription today and the price for 20 tablets was 125.00. Needless to say, I was taken "off guard". I didn't purchase it and came home and found it on a site called "discount pet drugs". They offered 20 tabs for 60.00. Has anyone ordered pet prescription meds on-line? If so,
were you happy with what you received? Who have you dealt with? Thanks for your help.
