I have this!! And I was told that it stinks when it blooms. Mine has one bloom opened and it doesn't stink. Does yours?

lol, I don't have to worry too much about the flies right now. Winter is coming on strong so bugs aren't as populated. One more question, is the cactus supposed to feel soft when you lightly squeeze it or should it be firm? My grandma was wanting to know.
