Help, I can't upload photos

I'm baffled. I have tried uploading photos to the PF's but can't. I hit the preview button and it appears to be working but instead of getting the page with the photo and the summit button, I get a blank page. I reciently posted photos in the brug forum and it took me a few trys to get a few uploaded. I finally gave up and passed on uploading the rest of the photos.

It's not DG because I have tried at other garden sites and am having the same results for the most part. I thought maybe it was my internet so I uninstalled and reinstalled AOL. I am not doing anything different than I have always done to my photos before uploading. I even thought it could be something wrong with my puter so I gave my son's laptop a try and I had the same issues. What could possibly be going on? I'm stumped. My computer is running fine and i have done a virus /spyware scan that came back with no problems. I'm sure it's something stupid that I am overlooking.
