Golden muscari!

I just looked at the rules schedule for the New England Spring Flower Show for 2007. They are having their usual bulb forcing challenge and the most amazing bulb is Muscari macrocarpum 'Golden Fragrance'. I was amazed! A golden yellow grape hyacinth! Well, i went out and ordered myself some from Brent and Becky online and am going to enter that comp this year! I also bought enough to put out in the yard amongst all the blue, bicolor and white ones I am planting and I already have. I'm excited. can't wait for the mailman to get here {only ordered yesterday! Hurry up!} I supposed everyone else has heard of them already, but this has been exciting for me.

I ordered some early in the year when Breck's sent me a $25 freebie coupon, no other purchase necessary.

I also got some white ones, but did go over a bit, so paid about $4.

I'm expecting and hoping they are both spectacular!
