Can Openers (the kind that cut from the sides)

Christmas is coming up, and I'm looking for things that people probably won't have, but will use.

The can opener is the kind I've seen on TV where you put it on the top and it opens the cans by itself, leaving no sharp edges. I need one for me, too. We have no counter space for an electric, and the manual ones always seem to leave one or two spots where they miss cutting the metal tops.

Not only do I need places to buy them, but I'm looking for ones that you guys have used and recommend. I know I can Google them, but it isn't the same as getting your recommendations.
