help please!!!our kitten is biting and not playfully : 0

as some of you know i recently kept a white kitten from the litter my cat windy had. we named her miss puff. she was so sweet at the beginning but she has turned into an overly playful biting monster lol. she is very mean to my 4 year old kaylee. as i am typing she is jumping at kaylee and biting her hard. kaylee doesn't like her at this point. i really need advise. kaylee is so tired of her meaness that she put her outside a few days ago and said she is too mean let her stay outside. i know kittens are playful but this is a little much. she doesn't bite gently but races towards you and dart and bites. her strike reminds me of a snake : 0 i really would love to keep miss puff as a housecat but don't know what to do to change her habits. the kids don't pester her to make her this way. my husband rough housed with her when she first came in and i think this is his fault. please help me! i can't continue to let her be rough with my kids. i will try and get some new pictures of her.
